The aromas are like an entire florist shop filled with white flowers, but also decorated with baskets of white peach, melon and freshly gathered herbs. Wet stone minerality and Amalfi lemon freshness electrify the incredibly focused, barely medium-bodied palate. Incredible purity in the diamond-bright finish. From organically grown grapes. Stephan Reinhardt:" The 2023 Kiedrich Turmberg Riesling Spätlese shows a coolish and flinty nose that combines purity, finesse and reductivity with the super ripe and lush fruit of the vintage. Mouth-filling, textured and structured by crystalline and saline acidity, this is an elegant, almost hedonistic Spätlese from a Gothic artist. It is lush and savory, juicy, charming and enlightened by a sharp laser-beam acidity. It is stimulating saline and with grapefruit bitters on the finish. 8.5% stated alcohol. Natural cork. Tasted at the domaine in August 2024."
