Full-bodied, intense and textural on the finish, this is a strong, structured and sustainable Nikolaus with remarkable complexity and length on the saline and savory finish. This is another pure and firmly structured 2021 cru from Peter Kühn yet the one with more flesh and textural substance. 12% stated alcohol. Natural cork. Tasted at the domaine in September 2023. "
