Stephan Reinhardt:" The 2024 Doosberg Oestrich Riesling trocken GG is pure, bright, fresh and elegant on the balanced and shining nose that indicates enormous substance, salinity and complexity with lemony and herbal yet also reductive nuances. Generous but immediately fresh, nervy and mineral on the palate, the Doosberg is provided with still-sharp and cutting acidity but also ripe and concentrated fruit that might integrate the acidity over the next months on the full lees. The wine was racked at the end of July from two doppelstücks into a stainless steel tank, where it is currently aging on the fine lees until spring next year. "
