Parker:"T asted as a sample after 10 months on the full lees and now on the fine lees in stainless steel, the 2023 Oestricher Klosterberg Riesling trocken 1G is pure, fresh and nicely reductive on the precise and flinty nose. Round and elegant on the palate, with fine and juicy fruit structured by delicate acidity, this is a textural and persistently saline Klosterberg with remarkable substance and balance, a lemon-bitter finish and salivating salinity on the aftertaste. This is a very promising 1er cru from Oestrich. It is to be bottled at the end of February next year and released in May 2025."
