Stephan Reinhardt:"The 2023 Doosberg Riesling trocken GG is clear, deep and coolish on the still discreet yet pure and elegant nose that shows herbal and stony/earthy notes. Very elegant and saline on the palate, this is a rich but refined and textured, balanced and very elegant Doosberg with a quiet fruit core and concentration and a stimulating saline and savory finish. Very long and intense yet with moderate alcohol, this is a very promising, elegant and balanced Doosberg that I tasted as a sample from the fine lees in August 2024. The wine will be bottled in February next year and released in May 2025."
