Stephan Reinhardt:"The 2021 Doosberg Riesling Trocken GG is clear and deep on the intense, elegant, lemony nose that intermingles ripe fruit aromas with spicy, sur lies and flinty notes. Vital and phenolic on the first palate, this is a dry and tight/savory but also elegant and refined, still slightly astringent and really drying Doosberg with a stimulating and promising saline and citric finish. It is far too young, though. It needs time to gain more elegance and finesse. 12% stated alcohol. Natural cork. Tasted at the domaine in September 2023."
