Lean and fresh on the palate, with electric acidity and a serious mineral and phenolic structure (thanks to the slow pressing of whole-cluster grapes), this is a straight, light, juicy, elegant and bone-dry Riesling with clear vintage and fruit expression. The wine should be aged for at least another year in the cellar. 11.5% stated alcohol. Natural cork. Tasted at the domaine in September 2023. "
